The Lavender Movement is a team of women & men on all different walks of life who are all about relationships, education, integrity, wellness & purpose. We work together to help others find the same freedoms we have found through oils & toxin free living.
The lavender plant is sturdy and resistant to storms. It is resilient – able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions. We too, are all of these things…resilient, sturdy, and resistant to storms. A Movement is “a group of people working together to advance their shared ideas” or “an act of changing physical location or position or of having this changed.” So in a nut shell, we are The Lavender Movement. So what else does that mean?
Our team is filled with women and men who use oils, fell in love with oils and decided that they wanted to share that love of oils to help others. We have people who are single without children, engaged, married, students, mamas, single mamas, stay at home mamas, working mamas, dads, teachers, nutritionists and more! Our children range in age from still in the womb to adulthood! We’re all over the country, too! From Idaho and Colorado all the way to Pennsylvania and Florida and many places in between!
We have five pillars to our team:

- Purpose
The reason we have five pillars is because five is the number for Grace. God’s grace is all we need. His grace is sufficient.
Relationships are important to us because they are the foundation of our business. Building, restoring and gaining new relationships is what we are about. Many of us are like family to each other. We love each other and we love others. We share our love of oils with others because we love them. It is important to us that we get to know you so that we can better serve you.
We value education because learning how to use essential oils can be really overwhelming! They are very powerful and it’s important to us that you learn to use them properly and safely. Young Living’s oils are the only oils we use and recommend because of their purity and the Seed to Seal Promise. We will sit beside you, hold your hand and help you learn from start to finish. We’re still learning new things every day ourselves! Continued education is so important! We have group pages that are filled full of other oil users who are also there to help answer any questions you might have.
Integrity is also extremely important. We will never bash you or another company, another member or anyone for that matter. We will not do anything that is not with the utmost integrity at all times. Integrity includes honesty, strong moral principles and strong values. We stand undivided and work as a team to help others find the same freedoms we have found.
Wellness is what we do and who we are. Most of us became interested in essential oils because some part of our life lacked wellness. We quickly learned that wellness is a lifestyle and a choice. When you choose wellness, you are choosing better relationships, better health, and a better outlook on life. The definition of wellness is “the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.” Everyone needs wellness…thank goodness essential oils actually help to keep you above the wellness line!
Everyone also needs purpose. Life is so much more fulfilling when we live it with intention. Without it, we lose our way and become depressed, unmotivated and live a life without meaning. According to the Association for Business Psychology, “Studies have shown that when people are contributing to a higher purpose, they are likely to have a healthier outlook on life and be more resilient to stress.” Who doesn’t need that?
We have all found freedoms in different ways. For some of us it’s a more peaceful nights sleep, for others it’s emotional freedoms, breaking free from pasts that kept us held back, or our children are sleeping through the night for the first time in 4 years (Praise the Lord!), freedoms from toxins that were making us ill and our hormones unbalanced. For some freedom has come from personal growth or financial freedom. Freedom looks different for each of us, but we all started out in search for something more. Perhaps you are on the same path; searching for something more. We understand. We’ve been there. And we can’t wait to help you find the same freedoms we have found!
When you are part of the Lavender Movement there will be new friendships, lots of learning, new found health and wellness, lifestyle changes and so much personal growth.
